You will need a valid drivers license and proof insurance. If you’re a new client we will get the verification process started and get you situated right away.

You will need a full-coverage auto insurance policy which consists of comprehensive and collision, plus liability coverage. Minimum coverage limits must be $100,000 / $300,000 / $100,000. If you are unsure of your policy coverage or don’t meet the requirements please get in touch with our sales team! Your sales advisor will be happy to assist you with any questions or roadblocks.

We do NOT accept SR-22 insurance.

All drivers must be covered under an auto policy with the proper coverages for luxury and exotic rentals. If you don’t have auto insurance but would like to add a friend or family member who holds an auto policy then we must verify your coverage as an additional driver under their policy.

Good news! As long as you have a valid drivers license and proper insurance coverage you can rent at Tier1 Luxury. Please be aware that the refundable security deposit amount will increase if you are under the age of 25 years. 

Yes, but they must go through the same verification process and sign as an additional driver. This is the only circumstance under which friends or family will be allowed to drive the vehicle. Violation of this policy will lead to immediate rental termination and a void of security deposit refund.

Yes, a security deposit is required for ALL services. The amount may change depending on the vehicle and type of service selected. The security deposit is fully refundable as long as the car is returned without any damages and no contract agreements have been violated.

If you cancel by emailing info@tier1luxury.com or by contacting your concierge directly within 24 hours of creating your reservation, you can receive a refund back to the original form of payment or choose to convert the reservation fare into a credit to be used toward future reservations.

If you are canceling after 24 hours your reservation, Tier1 Luxury does not provide refunds. The good news is that there are no cancelation or change fees. We will hold your payment as credit for up to (1) one year from the date of the original payment at which time it will expire.

Yes, there is a $350 fee for smoking in any of our vehicles.

We do NOT allow test drives, however, you are more than welcome to come check out our vehicles. Currently we do  accepting walk-in clients. If you’d like to setup an appointment, please contact us.

You will have 24 hours to make the payment once the invoice has been sent to you. Please keep in mind that we’re not able to hold a reservation unless payment is received.

We accept the following types of cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Discover, and all other major card companies. You can also finalize your invoice via Apple Pay or an ACH credit transfer.

Cash Payments & Deposits. For clients opting to pay with cash, we must place a hold on a credit or debit card in the amount of $300. This hold will be released once payment has been made. For cash deposits to be released an inspection on the vehicle has to be performed once the car has been returned. 

The deposit will be held the day of the reservation. For security reasons, we do not accept cash payments or deposits if the car is being delivered to the client.
